ICONA specializes in crafting proprietary software solutions, available in both “Software as a Service” (SaaS) and on-premise models, tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.

1996
Icona Srl is established by university students with the goal of becoming a software factory for innovative market sectors.
1998
C6 is launched by Telecom Italia, the first Italian Instant Messaging system. It gains over 5.000.000 users with peaks of 28.000 concurrent users.
2001
Livecare Contact debuts, integrating with Alcatel’s centers to create efficient Call Centers.
2003
Livecare Support starts, allowing remote technician access to Clients’ PCs and Servers.
2004
Contact Manager is born, streamlining assistance requests and operator responses.
2013
Icona shifts focus to proprietary software solutions.
2016
Acty is introduced, enabling remote assistance with AR and Smart Glasses.
2017
Deskoala evolves from Contact Manager, targeting the Italian market.
2021
Icona merges with Errera Technology, raising 2M EUR and listing on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

Acty
Acty, an Augmented Reality remote video assistance software, caters to industrial, manufacturing, and field service sectors. It aids remote support using smart devices, addressing maintenance and sudden breakdowns. As a result, repair time drops and travel costs are minimised.
Deskoala

PlanGei
PlanGei is an advanced software solution for efficient maintenance and technical intervention management. It seamlessly streamlines processes related to maintenance and facility services, integrating with the company’s Cloud-based Business Analytics and ERP systems. Support
Livecare Support presents an opportunity to elevate support services, turning remote assistance into profitable ventures. This advanced software solution enables the provision of remote assistance to PCs, servers, and mobile devices, ensuring support accessibility from any location and at any time.
